Below is a screencast I recorded to help explain one of the ways I am using a computer that I received through a grant from Wells Fargo (to run software I couldn't run on a school PC). I thought I'd post it here because someone might want to do something similar.
It's a project for SOL 6.10 involving circumference. I'm using Algodoo, which is a free two-dimensional simulation software that lets you play around with parameters like gravity and friction. The company likes to describe it as a "2-D Sandbox". It actually looks and feels a lot like Angry Birds and really is a lot of fun to play around with.
